Due to the racing nature and extreme usage intended for many of the products distributed through Advanced JDM Parts, warranty is not available.
Parts are for off-road use only. Advanced JDM Parts holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway. Please check with the proper authorities for compliance with vehicle and highway codes.
Noise Related Issues:
Please note, since many of the parts distributed through Advanced JDM Parts are intended for track/competition use, many OEM parts that are built with some compliance (ie: rubber mounts, bushings, etc.) will be replaced with solid mounting units. These items may cause additional noise, which is normal. These items will need to be periodically inspected, cleaned and maintained for optimal useage and durability.
We highly recommend professional installation for all products carried by Advanced JDM Parts.
Advanced JDM Parts can not be held accountable for any damage caused by improper installation, nor any costs associated with labor required for modifications required to properly install some parts.

Sales Policies: Payment can be made by VISA and MasterCard (Not accepting Amex or discover). Please contact us via email (info@advancedjdmparts.com) for arrangements via Cashier\'s Check or Money order. California residents are charged an 9.25% sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you wish to pre-pay your order, contact us for an exact payment amount for parts and shipping. Pre-payment will include charge for parts and freight. All orders will be sent via ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified.
Orders are normally processed 24-48 hours upon receipt of order.
International Orders: For International Orders, please email us with the product(s), quantity and shipping address for a price quote. Payment for international orders must be pre-paid by credit card, certified cashiers check, or money order in U.S. Currency. Shipping will be arranged by Advanced JDM Parts unless another carrier is specified.
It is the buyers reponsibility to contact us reguarding any damage or missing item before 14 days after the shippment is delivered. We will not be held responsible after 14 days of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS: (back to top)
There are no cancellations or returns on processed, finalized, and shipped orders.
Backorders: If your order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via phone or email and that item will be held for you until arrival on containership from Japan. Once the backordered item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to complete your order, which will then be shipped. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped, unless prepayment is formally requested.
Damaged Products: Before signing for your package, please ensure that the box or packing material has not been damaged nor tampered with. If box appears to be tampered with or damaged during shipping, do not sign for the shipment! If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us immediately via phone or email.
We will respond within 24 hours and will guide you through a return and replacement process.
If damage to the product was caused by the courier (shipping service) a claim will need to be filed by the end user (receiver) against the courier.
SPECIAL ORDERS: (back to top)
Certain products manufactured by our supported companies are not regularly kept in stock and must be special ordered. For special orders, all items and shipping must be prepaid, with no cancellations. Since these items will be coming directly from Japan via containership, special orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive, dependent upon availability. Upon placing a special order, we will contact you directly with pricing, shipping, and ETA on the product(s) you are interested in. Special arrangements for shipping may be arranged.
